My College has started and I am super buisy with things to do.I am posting a quicktime movie example of what we've done so far this year. Nothing impressive just a simple project with After Effects.




I have ordered the Adobe CS3 Production Premium package through my College Bookstore since June 17th (its a video and graphic design program suit) and I still dont have it in my hands!!!!!!! I dont know whats going on with my Order!! I wonder if the problem is from ADOBE or the reseller that our college bookstore works with!!! Its extremely FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!!!!!

On another note (applies to Iranians who have the Iranian Sattelite TV) what do U guys think about Project TAPESH aka TAPESH tv? I dont think of TAPESH as a Television station anymore. Its a very well thought out and precisely put together Project!!!Everyone in that project knows what he or she is supposed to be doing and they do it very well.Its neither fed by The Islamic Republic nor fed by the Opposition groups.It is definately very interesting to C where Project TAPESH is heading now that MANOOK KHODABAKHSHIAN has been added to the group and with Iran's most recent worsening Global situation .

Ok. Here we go again!!! The Canadian government has once again failed to protect its citizens or at least defend theire right to life abroad!!! If you live in Canda you have probabbly heard of the Jeff Towes situation. A 33 year old Canadian visiting Cancun Mexico on vacation and he mysteriously ends up with life threatening injuries and is therefor put into a medically induced comma by the doctors in Mexico!!. Boy, this sounds so familliar!!. Oh yeah it was only over a year ago when 19-year-old Adam De Prisco from Woodbridge was killed in Acapulco Mexico.His family says that he was beaten to death but the official Mexican report says that a run away driver has killed him.And Oh Yeah who can forget the Woodbridge couple Domenic and Nancy Ianiero who were murdered in theire hotel room in Mayan Riviera and the many more cases in the past couple of years!!!.

Myself being an Iranian Canadian, the case of the Iranian Canadian reporter Zahra Kazemi murdered by the Iranian government while there on assignment, really sticks to my mind.

So basically what it all comes down to is that Canadian citizens abroad make the perfect prey for anyone that is out there to harm us!!!!

Typography class Assignment

There is something thats been bugging the HELL out of me as of lately (Begining this term to be exact). I love this (Grant Macewan) college but seriously some of these teachers need to get their FREAKIN act together man!!!! I havent had a wink of sleep since January. They need to get off theire lazy butts and do some marking. Is that to FREAKIN much to ask from a teacher? They expect us to do everything correct and on time, but when it comes to them being responsible and giving us our marks back, they dont do zilch!!!! I seriously have no clue how I am doing in two of my courses and this worries me alot!!!! In our Typography class we've done 8 assignments and have only recieved marks for two of them!!! And there is only 3 weeks till the end of the term!!! What the HELL is going on? Not to mention our Production class. We only had one assignment for that class (TOAST project) which was handed in a few months ago and guess what!!!! It hasnt been marked yet!!! My FREAKIN GOD it was only a 3 FREAKIN minutes long video project!!!!


Get your acts together!!! Seriously!!! If I get an average below B for either one of these courses , its not going to fly well by me.

Oh boy. Ok. So I made it to the second term of the Middle Year of my Major ( Design and Motion Image ). Dont get me wrong, I am very excited about it. But that is just one side of the story.The uncertain future this brings me, is the other side.
For one thing the geography of this major is somewhat limited. Los Angeles, New York, Vancouver, Toronto and and and Hmmmmmmm, Well, thats it. 4 Places!!!! WoW!!!!! Is there another job with a future as limited as this one??

On the other hand ( here comes the Third side of things ) I love it. I can not imagine myself doing anything else.
Plus I truely believe that my love for the occupation will make me rather sucesfull at it.
Since I was a little child I wanted to be in the Entertainment industry one way or another. I always loved being around Microphones and Cameras.
I cant count the number of times I pretended to be a television Newscaster , sitting infront of a mirror reading the news.

Has Hollywood reserved a place for me in its future?
I guess thats for the Future to tell.

Unless you've been living under a rock, you have heard of the Rosie O Donnele and Donald Trump's so called feued. You may even be as sick of it as I am. Well, I dont know about you guys but I dont buy it at all. Last year same time, was Trump and Martha's Feud and now Trump and Rosie O Donnele. I think my Iranian readers will agree with me when I say that Donald, Rosie and Martha have taken a lesson from the dear Iranian sattelite TV broadcasters located outside of Iran ( TAPESH, NITV, ITN, Rangarang and ...) in how to improve their ratings by staging fake fights ( As Iranian say Jang Zargari ). Bravo. Bravo.They tested it on us Iranians first, Unfortunately it gave great results and now they are doing it Hollywood style themselves. Unbeleivale!!!!!!!.It is truely very sad.

Its been quiet awhile since I updated the last.Right now Im just sitting in the LRC ( Learning Resource Center ) of the Grant Macewan Center for The Arts campus, thinking of what to do for the next 3 hours while I wait for my schedueled 3:15 pm appointment with my AQUISITIONS professor. Oh What to do!!!!!.So far I have had a blast of a time going to this college to study DESIGN and MOTION Image.I may decide to post some of my school work up for you guys to C. I cant promise anything though.This is my last week at the college before our Christmas holidays. Speaking of Christmas, I love it. Its the most beautifull, peacfull, cozy time of year specially if you are living in a place with favorable weather conditions for snow!!!!
I cant for the Love of me understand why some religious minorities get offended by the Christmas traditions. I am a religious minority myself ( Muslim ). Well, thats it for now.

Well, September 11th came and went peacefully, thank God!!
I dont know if I have mentioned it here or not, but I have real bad arthritis. Rhumetoid Arthritis that is. I have tried evrything you could think of. Nothing has made any significant changes. Western medicine has horrific side effects and are not definite cures. Neither is alternative medicine. But it has slowed down the signs. Now Im trying this new method called NAET. It is a very interesting treatment procedure. Its not only for Arthritis. Supposedly it cures almost evry illness. Give it a search and learn more about it on the net, after you have finished reading my blog ofcourse.

Immmmmmmm Baaaaaaaaaaaaack!!!!!!!!!!!

Its been a while since my last post. Lets C whats been going on since then.

Nothing much really. Well, I had a trip to Vancouver and Oh Yeah, the new Hezbullah attacks against Israel.
Other than that, its been pretty boring.Lets say that the Hezbullah party does get killed off, then what the hell is the Islamic regime in Iran going to do at night with its Right hand cut off?? I guess they would have to go back to sleeping with theire wives!!! Now thats a scary thought!!!!!

Going to a 5 day vacation starting tommorow!!! Yes!! After almost 6 years!!! Finally a much needed vacation!!! And to Vancouver of all places!!! I love that city!!! Maybe I will post some pics!!.

What a game!!! Yesturdays match between the Carolina Hurricanes and the Edmonton Oilers was absolutely amazing!!! A 4-0 win for the Edmonton Oilers.!! Go Oilers Go.

I just wish I could be as happy as I am about the Oilers's win, for the Iranian national soccer team in the World Cup.
Yesturday they lost theire chance of getting into the 2nd stage of this year's World Cup by loosing to Portugal with a 2-0 score.!! They did play a rather nice game though. The Portugese scored purely based on luck!!!

EDMONTON OILERS won theire match against the CAROLINA HURRICANES today 4-3 in the extra time. So I hope that this means Iran's national Soccer team will win theire June 17th match against Portugal . Hopefully with the same result!!! Yeah Right. lol

The IRANIAN national soccer team lost its first World Cup 2006 match in an unprecedented 3 -1 score to Mexico.!! Nobody expected this!!! Not even the Mexicans . There are many theories as to what happened between the first half of the match and the second half. The common point in all these theories is that ALI DAEI ,the team's captain, now 37 is way too old to play soccer for 90 minutes. Iranians are now furious with this guy ( ALI DAEI ) who has been the team's star for over a decade , for not letting go of soccer and allowing a younger more energetic player to replace him. They are accusing him of everything from being a selfish brat to working for the Iranian Regime to make sure that the team does not win,in order to prevent people in Iran from going out on the streets to celebrate. Let me remind you that Iran's Mullas are terrified of people gathering in the streets, whatever the reason for the gathering . Anyways, Iran's next match is with Portugal on June 17th, 2006. I hope that the team does better in this match.

Whats up with the Edmonton Oilers?? Y the sudden loosing streak??? It seems like the Edmonton Oilers are also experiencing an ALI DAEI curse!! They have been loosing the last couple of matches and leaving their fans rather upset and depressed!!!
Quiet frankly the Oilers havent been much of a team eversince Wayne Gretzky left the team a few years ago. They got defeated 2-1 by the Carolina Hurricanes
this past Monday night.

Their next game, if I am not mistaken, is this Wednesday night. I really hope that they win.

Living in Alberta (One of world's largest oil production areas ), Canada, was scarry enough after the Spetember 11th 2001 New York attacks, until 2 days ago!!. Yap, it even got worst!!! When you live in Canada your mindset is that you are living in the safest country in the world. Lets face it , we Canadians, contrary to our neighbours down south, have a rather positive reputation in the world, therefor the thought of someone hating us enough to carry out a terrorist attack in Canada had never crossed my mind as Im sure the same is true for most other Canadians. Two days ago 17 Canadian citizens in Toronto were arrested and charged with attempting to carry out terrorist attacks on major Canadian targets in Toronto ( CN TOWER for one )!!!!!! I was shocked by this news!!!!! How sure can we now be that something will not happen in Canada ??? Its about time that Canadian authorities and us Canadian citizens wake up and smell the terrorists!!! seriously. This should be a wake up call for us!!! I am concerned as a Human, I am concerned as a Canadian citizen, and I am concerned as a Muslim born Iranian.

I guess I was wrong about ELLIOT YAMIN getting to the TOP 2 on AMERICAN IDOL. I still think that TAYLOR HICKS is going to win this year's AMERICAN IDOL.

Oh, before I forget!!! I think that ELLIOT YAMIN and TAYLOR HICKS are going to be the last 2 contestants . I think that TAYLOR HICKS is going to be the next AMERICAN IDOL .
